Operation Theatre (OT) Assistant
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff in the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre while ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, instruments, sterilization standards, drugs, and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the OT before surgical procedures and assist during surgeries.
- Support surgeons, anesthetists, and OT nurses with required instruments, consumables, and equipment.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT equipment and report any defects promptly like Carm, Cautery, Scopes
- Maintain adequate stock of surgical supplies, drugs, and consumables.
- Assist in cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and storage of surgical instruments and OT areas as per protocols.
- Maintain OT records, checklists, equipment logs, sterilization records, and inventory registers.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Coordinate with CSSD, pharmacy, stores, and maintenance departments for uninterrupted OT operations.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
