Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift Time:12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end Human Resources operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Keka HRMS and a strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and people management. Experience working in an IT Services, Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, Staffing, or Professional Services organization is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Administer and maintain Keka HRMS for attendance, leave management, employee records, payroll inputs, and performance management.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Manage recruitment support and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee documentation.
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs.
- Support leadership in HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in an IT Services, Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, Staffing, or Consulting organization.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and HRMS reporting is an added advantage.
