Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our virtual styling platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with machine learning, generative AI, recommendation systems, and large language models (LLMs) to create intelligent and scalable fashion technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML models for personalized styling recommendations.
- Build and optimize recommendation engines based on user preferences, fashion trends, and behavioral data.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-powered features such as virtual styling assistants and fashion advisory chatbots.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement AI solutions into production environments.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for performance and scalability.
- Create data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques relevant to fashion technology.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve recommendation accuracy and user experience.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained.
- Document AI systems, workflows, and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data engineering concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building fashion, retail, e-commerce, or personalization platforms.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
- Experience with image analysis, outfit recognition, or computer vision applications.
- Understanding of fashion trends, styling concepts, or retail customer behavior.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.
