Job Title: Architectural Draftsman
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural working drawings, layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop and coordinate MEP drawings.
- Prepare and review structural drawings in coordination with structural consultants.
- Prepare municipal approval drawings and submission drawings as per local authority requirements.
- Create and modify electrical drawings including lighting, power, and wiring layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, and project teams for drawing execution.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with site conditions.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and records systematically.
- Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on site modifications.
- Assist execution teams with technical detailing and drawing clarifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship
- Min 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Relevant certifications in design software are an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
