Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant - International Holiday Packages
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused International Tour Package Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing customized international travel packages, assisting clients throughout their travel journey, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets to create personalized international holiday packages.
- Plan and customize complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers etc.
- Prepare detailed day-wise travel itineraries and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide destination guidance, travel recommendations, and itinerary support based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Work Location:
- This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates are required to work from the office.
- Remote, hybrid, or work-from-home options are not available for this role.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
