Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PCB Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Cadence Allegro PCB Designer. The candidate will be responsible for PCB layout design, component placement, routing, library management, and ensuring manufacturability and quality standards for electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design multilayer PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro.
- Perform component placement and high-speed signal routing.
- Generate fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing documentation.
- Create and maintain PCB footprint and symbol libraries.
- Work closely with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
- Ensure designs comply with DFM, DFA, and EMC/EMI guidelines.
- Review schematics and provide feedback for PCB implementation.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design validation activities.
- Troubleshoot PCB design issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation and revision control.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Cadence Allegro PCB Designer.
- Knowledge of multilayer PCB stack-up design and high-speed routing.
- Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC principles.
- Experience with PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with DFM and DFA requirements.
- Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, etc.).
- Ability to interpret electronic schematics and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PCB manufacturing or EMS industries.
- Exposure to RF, high-speed digital, or power electronics PCB designs.
- Knowledge of ECAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
