Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate WordPress Developer to join our team at Web Glaze Services. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites that align with our clients' needs and business goals. Success in this role involves delivering innovative, responsive, and user-friendly websites on time and within scope, ensuring that they reflect our commitment to excellence in website development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Customize and optimize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and understand project requirements.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize website performance and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WordPress core updates, plugins, and emerging technologies.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for website maintenance.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
Skills:
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress frameworks, themes, and plugins.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
