- Own your AMC pipeline: Identify, qualify, and pursue AMC opportunities across existing and prospective corporate clients through structured outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
- Consult before you pitch: Engage with facilities managers, IT heads, and procurement leads to understand their service pain points and position Actis’s AMC and managed service offerings as the right solution.
- Prepare winning proposals: Build customised commercial proposals, pricing models, and SLA (Service Level Agreement)-backed contracts that address client requirements and close deals.
- Manage the renewal cycle: Take ownership of the end-to-end AMC renewal process, from early engagement through negotiation to contract execution, ensuring high retention rates.
- Grow accounts over time: Maintain regular contact with active clients, handle escalations promptly, and identify upselling opportunities for expanded coverage, additional sites, or value-added services.
- Keep the CRM current: Log all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts accurately in the CRM platform to maintain a clean, reliable pipeline.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
