About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our consulting team. You will be working on multiple client accounts, managing their day-to-day financial operations, tax compliance, and reporting requirements. This role is ideal for someone who has completed CA Articleship and is ready to apply their knowledge in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients across different industries
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing for each client
Taxation (GST / Income Tax)
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) for clients on time
- Handle TDS computations, compliance, and return filing
- Assist in Income Tax return preparation and advance tax calculations
- Keep up with regulatory changes and ensure client compliance
MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for clients
- Analyze financial data and highlight key insights for management review
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as required by clients
Required Qualifications
- Completed CA Articleship (3 years) from a registered CA firm — mandatory
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting
- CA/CMA Inter or Final (Appeared or Pursuing) — preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST portal
- Sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and Income Tax laws

What We Offer
