Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate fabric cutting machines in our garments manufacturing unit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC fabric cutting machine as per production plan
- Load fabric layers and ensure proper alignment before cutting
- Follow cutting markers and design instructions accurately
- Monitor machine operation and ensure smooth cutting process
- Check cut pieces for accuracy, size, and quality
- Perform basic machine cleaning and daily maintenance
- Report machine issues or breakdowns to the supervisor
- Maintain cutting records and daily production details
- Follow safety rules and company procedures
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum SSLC / ITI / Diploma preferred
- Knowledge of CNC fabric cutting machines
- Ability to read cutting markers and patterns
- Basic computer or machine panel operation knowledge
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years experience as CNC Machine Operator in garments industry preferred
