## About the Role
We are looking for a patient, loving, and energetic Day Care Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful "second home" for our little ones.
In a day care environment, your role goes beyond standard teaching—you are a mentor, a caregiver, and a storyteller. If you have a natural warmth for young children, excellent hygiene standards, and the creativity to keep toddlers happily engaged throughout the day, you will thrive in our team.
## Key Responsibilities
- Child Care & Safety: Ensure the absolute physical safety, emotional well-being, and hygiene of children (ranging from toddlers to early primary age) at all times.
- Activity Planning: Design and conduct age-appropriate, fun activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, basic music/movement, and sensory play to keep children constructively engaged.
- Routine Management: Supervise and assist children during their daily routines, including nap times, structured playtimes, bathroom breaks, and lunch/snack times.
- Behavioral Guidance: Help children develop essential social skills, manners, and emotional habits (like sharing, packing up toys, and expressing feelings) in a gentle, positive manner.
- Parent Communication: Provide warm, reassuring updates to parents at the end of the day regarding their child’s eating, sleeping, behavior, and participation.
## Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Any basic Bachelor’s Degree, 12th pass with relevant experience, or a certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
- Experience: Prior experience working in a preschool, day care center, creche, or as a primary tutor is highly preferred.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Impeccable Patience: Deep empathy and emotional resilience to handle toddlers, tantrums, and messy situations with a calm smile.
- Good Communication: Fluent and warm English/local language skills to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
- High Energy: Physically active and enthusiastic enough to sit on the floor, play games, and keep up with a child's energy levels.
- Hygiene Conscious: Strong personal standards of cleanliness and alertness toward safety and sanitization.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
