Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support daily operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure the efficient execution of projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations, schedules, meetings, and administrative activities.
- Serve as a primary point of communication between internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and follow up on action items to ensure successful completion.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
