REInfra Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance and compliance professional to take ownership of statutory, regulatory, and financial functions within a dynamic engineering organization.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified CA/CS to manage the company's financial reporting, tax compliance, statutory filings, and corporate governance requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to ensure the company remains fully compliant with all regulatory obligations while supporting sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory tax filings and compliance
- Manage company secretarial functions including ROC filings, board resolutions, minutes, and annual returns (for CS role)
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable corporate laws
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits, and liaise with auditors
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting
- Advise management on tax planning, compliance risk, and regulatory changes
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, banks, and other external stakeholders
- Support due diligence, contracts, and documentation as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Company Secretary (CS) (ICAI/ICSI certified)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience (freshers with strong articleship experience may also apply)
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/compliance software
- Strong understanding of ROC filings, GST, TDS, and Income Tax procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
