Key responsibilities:
- Conduct systematic/targeted/structured literature reviews
- Developing database searches and writing protocols for literature reviews
- Identifying relevant evidence for research questions (primary and secondary screening)
- Disseminating and integrating new methods into the business
- Contributing to thought leadership and publications
- Project budgets and timelines
- Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy
- Summarizing literature review findings in a report/slide-deck
- Providing writing support for HTA submissions and publications based on HEOR studies
- Coordinating with the clients and the internal team to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects
- Leading requests for proposals and fostering business growth by cultivating robust client relationships
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal processes and quality standards
- Provide mentorship, support, and guidance for the team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
- Highly experienced within the field of HEOR, with hands-on experience in systematic/targeted/structured literature reviews
- Must have experience with health technology assessment (HTA) submissions
- Familiar with Meta- analysis, and Indirect comparison
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A collaborative team player, yet equally adept at working independently
