Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations and lead a team of three. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination. Experience in the food processing industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 accounting professionals.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory timelines.
- Generate and present MIS reports for management decision-making.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide all necessary documentation during audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST compliance and return filing.
- Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience in audit support and statutory compliance.
- Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in the food processing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,489.02 - ₹47,856.34 per month
