Job Overview:
Helpline Group India is looking for a dynamic and result-driven *Performance Marketing Executive* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid campaigns, growth hacking, and social media management. Fresh graduates and interns with relevant skills and passion are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Work closely with design and content teams for campaign creatives
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Assist in handling and coordinating with interns (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Digital marketing & SEO concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar
- Knowledge of social media management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid ads (Google, Meta, Quora, Reddit, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of content marketing & copywriting
- Understanding of growth marketing techniques
- Experience in handling social media accounts
