Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, engaging potential clients through outbound and inbound communication, and driving business growth by converting opportunities into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Outreach
- Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls and warm calls to prospective clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions with prospects.
2. Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through social media platforms, online research, databases, and networking channels.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Continuously explore new lead-generation strategies to support sales growth.
3. Lead Qualification
- Assess prospective clients to understand their business requirements, budget, decision-making process, and purchasing intent.
- Evaluate lead quality and prioritise opportunities based on sales potential.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and qualification notes.
4. Product Education & Consultation
- Present and explain product/service features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
5. Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Track opportunities throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
6. Market Analysis
- Stay updated on company products, services, industry developments, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
