Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective students and provide complete, accurate course information.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Assess student needs and recommend suitable programs and training solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Manage inquiries professionally, address objections, and guide leads through the enrollment process.
- Maintain updated records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in Zoho CRM (added advantage).
- Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth enrollment experience for every student.
- Work closely with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) — both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in telesales, call centers, or student admissions, preferably within the education or EdTech sector.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a strong advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM usage skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
