Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential, commercial, and industrial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in rooftop solar installations, electrical wiring, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Assemble and mount solar panel structures and modules.
- Install solar inverters, batteries, DCDB, ACDB, and related electrical components.
- Perform DC and AC wiring as per electrical and safety standards.
- Conduct site surveys and assist in system layout planning.
- Test, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of solar installations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and customers.
- Prepare installation reports and documentation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in solar PV installation (preferred).
- Knowledge of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- Familiarity with solar inverters, batteries, net metering, and electrical panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and installation diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures .
- Valid driving license (preferred).

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
