We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. You’ll ensure projects are completed within budget, prepare estimates, manage contracts, and minimize financial risk while maintaining quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for tenders and new projectsTender Management: Review drawings/specs, float RFQs, evaluate vendor/subcontractor bids, and prepare comparative statementsBilling & Certification: Prepare RA bills, final bills, and verify subcontractor invoices against actual site workContract Administration: Draft/review work orders, contracts, and ensure compliance with terms, scope, and timelinesSite Measurement: Take joint measurements, reconcile quantities with site team, and track variations/change ordersCost Control: Monitor project budget vs actuals, prepare cost reports, flag deviations, and suggest value engineering optionsMaterial Reconciliation: Track material consumption, wastage, and reconcile with purchase vs usageClient & Consultant Coordination: Submit bills to client/PMC, follow up for certification, and resolve billing queries
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
