ASBM Education Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support the daily operations of the organization. The intern will assist various departments, coordinate operational activities, maintain records, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements while gaining practical industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support documentation, data entry, and MIS reporting.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and following up on operational tasks.
- Monitor task progress and prepare status reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
