We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to partner closely with our AI Ads Creative Strategist to build, test, and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns for B2B SaaS products.
This is not a traditional media buying role focused on campaign setup alone. Instead, you'll work at the intersection of creative strategy, customer research, and performance analysis—helping identify why ads win, what messaging resonates with specific ICPs, and how creative can continuously improve.
You'll leverage Meta's latest advertising capabilities, AI-powered campaign tools, audience insights, and customer research to turn creative ideas into measurable business results.
As our advertising program grows, this position is expected to transition into a full-time performance marketing role with greater ownership over paid acquisition strategy.
What You'll Do
Creative & Performance Collaboration
- Work directly with the Ads Creative Strategist to develop and refine ad concepts.
- Provide performance-driven feedback on images, videos, hooks, headlines, messaging, and offers.
- Help prioritize creative testing based on customer insights and campaign data.
- Translate campaign performance into actionable creative recommendations rather than simply reporting metrics.
Preferred Requirement: AI Advertising & MCP Workflows
Experience using Meta's AI advertising tools (including Meta's ICP/audience intelligence capabilities where applicable) or equivalent AI-powered marketing platforms is highly preferred. You should be comfortable using AI to accelerate customer research, analyze competitors, generate creative insights, identify messaging opportunities, and improve campaign performance. Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, AI connectors, and automation workflows that integrate marketing, analytics, and creative tools is a significant advantage.

Campaign Management
- Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaign structures, budgets, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign health and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Scale winning creatives while efficiently retiring underperforming variations.
Customer & ICP Research
- Conduct ongoing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) research.
- Use Meta Audience Insights, CRM data, customer reviews, landing pages, competitor research, Reddit, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted workflows to identify messaging opportunities.
- Analyze competitor advertising and positioning to uncover creative angles and market gaps.
- Stay informed on emerging SaaS trends that can influence campaign strategy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
