Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Headhunt Specialist to identify, approach, and engage highly skilled professionals for niche and leadership positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in direct candidate sourcing, LinkedIn recruitment, and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
* Source passive candidates who are not actively looking for a job.
* Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate suitability based on client requirements.
* Build and maintain a strong database of experienced professionals across multiple industries.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Understand client hiring requirements and identify the best-fit talent.
* Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate trackers.
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
* Prior experience in headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, or executive search will be preferred.
* Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate mapping.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search techniques is an added advantage.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
