Job Description: SEO Trainer
Position Overview:
CDA Digital Marketing Academy is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEO Trainer to join our team. The SEO Trainer will be responsible for educating and mentoring students on the principles and practices of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as part of our 4-month digital marketing course. This role involves developing training programs, designing practical exercises, assessing student performance, and providing ongoing guidance to prepare learners for success in the field of SEO.
Key Responsibilities: Training and Instruction
- Deliver comprehensive training on SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Teach students about keyword research, backlink strategies, content optimization, and site auditing techniques.
- Demonstrate the use of industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Cover advanced topics such as local SEO, mobile optimization, and voice search strategies.
Program Development
- Create and maintain structured training materials, including presentations, guides, and practical exercises.
- Design real-world projects and case studies to give students hands-on experience in SEO campaigns.
Mentorship and Support
- Provide individual guidance and support to students, addressing their challenges and queries.
- Offer constructive feedback on student projects to help them enhance their skills.
- Share industry insights and best practices to inspire and prepare students for real-world challenges.
Assessment and Feedback
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and live projects.
- Provide detailed feedback and suggest improvements to enhance their understanding and practical application of SEO.
Staying Current
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools in SEO.
- Incorporate recent developments and case studies into the training curriculum.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Background: Any Degree
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO or as an SEO Trainer.
- Proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies and campaigns.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to break down complex concepts and deliver them in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong organizational and mentorship abilities.
