You will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and communicating our value through stunning social media graphics.
Role Overview
We are seeking an imaginative Graphic Designer who specializes in creating eye-catching social media posters, marketing collateral, and digital assets. Working in-person at our Jalahalli office, you will collaborate closely with our team to turn concepts into high-quality, engaging visuals that attract and convert our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Design: Conceptualize and design highly engaging, attractive posters and creatives for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the Meridian Minds brand guidelines, maintaining a premium and professional look across all digital touchpoints.
- Content Ideation: Brainstorm with the core team to develop visual concepts for upcoming campaigns, promotions, and daily posts.
- Rapid Iteration: Take feedback constructively and make quick, effective edits to designs when necessary.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of all design files, logos, and digital assets for easy access by the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Design Skills: A strong eye for aesthetics, layout, color theory, and typography. (A portfolio showcasing past social media designs is required).
- Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in modern design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar graphic design software.
- Creativity & Speed: Ability to produce fresh, high-quality designs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Good communication skills to understand design briefs and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office located in Jalahalli, North Bangalore.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically focused on digital marketing and social media content (talented freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply).
