Job Title : AM/Manager Finance

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Conduct General Ledger (GL) reviews, reconciliations, and trial balance verification.
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and perform variance analysis.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, procurement, and treasury teams for financial activities.
- Ensure accurate billing processes, commercial validations, and revenue recognition.
- Monitor accounts receivable, collections, DSO, and overdue payments.
- Manage accounts payable, expense provisions, and vendor-related financial transactions.
- Ensure proper accounting and tracking of inventory, fixed assets, and operational expenses.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with direct tax, indirect tax, FEMA, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support legal and compliance matters.
- Monitor internal controls, prevent revenue leakage, and improve financial processes.
- Support fund management, cash flow monitoring, and working capital optimization.
Requisites
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in month-end closing, GL review, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Working Capital Management.
- Experience in Statutory Compliance, Direct Tax, and Indirect Tax regulations.
- Familiarity with Audit Management, Internal Controls, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Knowledge of Inventory Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and Cost Management.
- Understanding of logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or operational finance processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict timelines.
