- Source healthcare candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Meet daily recruitment and sourcing targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
