Jayantilal & Co. – Stone Solutions is looking for a disciplined, safety-focused and site-oriented professional to join our Projects / Safety / Stone Solutions & Installation Team.
The role requires strong hands-on exposure to Construction Site Safety, Scaffolding Inspection, Work-at-Height Safety, Manpower Management, Safety Training and Site Coordination.

Position: Safety Officer cum Site Coordinator
Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad + Construction / Project Sites
Job Type: Full-Time | WFO + On-Site / Field Coordination
Salary: ₹25,000 CTC + Site Allowance
Experience: 3–5 Years in Construction / Project Safety
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering with recognized Occupational Health & Safety qualification; NEBOSH IGC / ADIS or equivalent certification preferred
Preferred: Ex-Servicemen – Retired Army / Defense / Police / Paramilitary personnel with strong discipline, safety and manpower-management exposure

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety and scaffolding inspections
- Ensure compliance with PPE, work-at-height and fall-protection requirements
- Monitor safe lifting, shifting and installation of Marble / Granite / Stone / Cladding materials
- Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Induction & Worker Training
- Manage site manpower deployment, attendance, discipline and safe work practices
- Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure timely corrective actions
- Maintain Safety Registers, Inspection Checklists, Incident/Near-Miss Records & Daily/Weekly Safety Reports
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, Labour Teams, Clients & Management
- Take immediate action and stop unsafe work where serious safety risks are identified
