We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused digital experiences. You will work with the founders, developers, and marketing team to convert business requirements into effective designs.
Responsibilities:
Design websites, landing pages, dashboards, and other digital products.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile.
Improve navigation, usability, accessibility, and customer conversion.
Conduct user and competitor research.
Create and maintain reusable components and design systems.
Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Review user feedback and performance data to improve designs.
Prepare design files, specifications, and assets for developers.
Requirements:
2–4 years of UI/UX or product design experience.
A strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects.
Good knowledge of Figma, Auto Layout, components, and prototyping.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, spacing, responsive design, and UX principles.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces.
Good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with e-commerce, D2C brands, Shopify, landing pages, or conversion optimisation is preferred.
