Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Hotel Management Trainees to join our hotel team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in hotel operations and develop their career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day hotel operations.
- Support Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments as assigned.
- Learn and follow hotel operating standards and procedures.
- Assist in guest handling and providing quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional grooming.
- Coordinate with team members and support departmental activities.
- Learn hotel systems, processes, and documentation.
- Handle assigned responsibilities under the guidance of HOD/Supervisor.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
