The Role
You'll own organic search end-to-end for a portfolio of agency clients — from technical foundations through to the leads and conversions that show up in their pipeline. This is a hands-on senior seat: you set the strategy and you execute it.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency-side or managing multiple clients
- Strong technical SEO skills — you can read a crawl, diagnose an indexation issue, and brief a developer
- Fluency in GSC, GA4, and at least one of Ahrefs / Semrush, plus Screaming Frog
- Solid WordPress SEO experience (RankMath / Yoast), including schema and on-page setup
- A track record you can point to — rankings, traffic, and ideally leads you actually moved
- Clear written and spoken English communication; you can explain your work to a client without jargon
- Analytical, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes
Nice to Have
- Looker Studio/Claude dashboard building
- Experience with international / multi-region SEO (hreflang, localized targeting)
- Comfort using AI tools for clustering, ideation, and audit workflows
- Experience in education, hospitality, or lead-gen-focused industries
Tools You'll Work With
Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, RankMath/Yoast, WordPress,Claude AI, rank-tracking and backlink tools, plus AI-assisted workflows.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
