Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician:
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) of elevators and escalators as per schedule
- Attend breakdown calls and carry out timely fault diagnosis and repairs
- Assist in major repairs, overhauling, and modernization activities
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety standards
- Maintain service reports, checklists, and equipment history records accurately
- Monitor equipment performance and report recurring issues to supervisors
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and service support
- Follow instructions from engineers/supervisors and support smooth service operations
- Maintain professional behavior and ensure customer satisfaction during site visits
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
