Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Position Overview:
Rajesh Sharma Interior Designer LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 6–8 years of experience in interior project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, site supervision, billing, vendor coordination, and client/contractor communication to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Contractor Coordination
- Conduct regular meetings with contractor teams to review progress and resolve issues.
- Attend client meetings at sites and the head office to discuss project updates and approvals.
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment as per project requirements.
Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Supervise site activities and guide site supervisors to maintain quality and timelines.
- Take site measurements and prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMR).
- Conduct joint measurements with clients and ensure proper signing.
- Monitor measurement tracking for accurate project billing.
Material Planning & Procurement
- Follow up on material procurement and ensure timely delivery to each site.
- Plan and arrange materials required for upcoming projects.
- Assist in finalizing outsourced vendors in consultation with management.
Billing & Documentation
- Prepare client bills with complete supporting documents.
- Submit bills to client accounts departments and follow up for timely payments.
- Prepare contractor bills and coordinate timely clearance.
- Maintain project and billing data in the RSID software.
Project Planning & Office Support
- Prepare and review work plans for upcoming projects.
- Support office team members with operational coordination.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in interior execution, project management, or site coordination.
- Strong knowledge of interior site work, measurements, and billing processes.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and contractor-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
