Short Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)
Position: Sourcing Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs and real estate consultants.
- Organize site visits and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and booking targets.
- Conduct CP meets and networking activities to expand the sourcing network.
- Maintain lead records and submit regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Sales.
- Strong Channel Partner and broker network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
