Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, commission, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, industrial communication protocols, and electrical control panel design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).
- Configure SCADA systems and HMI interfaces.
- Commission automation systems at customer sites.
- Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD/EPLAN.
- Configure VFDs, servo drives, and industrial communication networks.
- Troubleshoot electrical control panels and automation systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, and project reports.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
