We are Hiring for Sr. Quality Assurance Executive for our Frozen Foods Manufacturing Company.
Job Location: Kopar Khairne (Only nearby candidates can apply)
Experience: 4–6 Years (Bakery/Frozen Foods experience preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Role Type: On-floor Production / QA Role
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards on the production floor
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with QA protocols
- Develop and implement inspection standards and workflows
- Document and report quality observations, deviations, and corrective actions
- Ensure GMP, hygiene, and food safety compliance across the factory
- Conduct internal audits and maintain audit documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure factory compliance readiness
- Implement effective systems for physical and process compliance
- Work closely with production and other departments to resolve quality issues
- Reduce wastage through process monitoring and corrective actions
- Train and guide QA team members on quality procedures and inspection systems
- Lead a team of 6 QA personnel and report directly to management
Candidate Requirements
- 4–6 years of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing unit
- Experience in bakery, frozen foods, or ready-to-eat products preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality systems
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Ability to commute reliably to Chembur on a daily basis
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
