Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Berger PaintsJob Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Sales Executive to grow our Berger Paints business by building connections with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners actively planning painting, renovation, or home improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Identify and connect with homeowners and businesses planning painting, renovation, or construction work.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, site visits, and local market outreach.
- Promote and sell Berger Paints products and painting solutions.
- Develop a reliable network of painters and industry influencers to drive business growth.
- Visit construction sites, renovation projects, residential areas, and commercial locations to find potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable paint solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain client follow-ups, reports, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience in Field Sales / Paint Industry / Building Materials / Construction Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Knowledge of the paint, renovation, or construction industry is a plus.
