Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and contributing to business growth through various online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
- Execute email marketing campaigns and cold calling to acquire new clients
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Track and maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven ability to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Hands-on experience in email marketing and cold calling
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of lead generation strategies
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
