Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct targeted market research to identify high-potential outbound leads, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and professional networking channels to introduce our solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and maintain an organized, up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system.
- Pitching & Presentations: Present product value propositions clearly to prospects, understanding their unique pain points and aligning our offerings to meet their business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach strategies with current campaigns and broader organizational growth goals.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics for outreach volume, qualified leads generated, and meetings booked.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in a business development, inside sales, lead generation, or client-facing corporate environment.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident telephone presence and strong professional writing abilities.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar software.
- Active Listening & Grit: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to handle objections constructively and uncover client motivations.
- Time Management: Outstanding organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize outreach tasks and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
