Purchase Assistant cum Invoicing Staff
Requirements
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in a medical/pharmaceutical distribution company
✅ Experience in purchase and invoicing
✅ Knowledge of GST billing and inventory management
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and billing software
✅ Good communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase of surgical, pharmaceutical & laboratory products
- Vendor coordination and follow-up
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Invoice generation and billing
- Inventory coordination
- Documentation and record maintenance
- Coordination with sales and accounts teams
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
