- Make outbound calls to doctors ,distributors , retailers, gyms ,pharmacies, and customers .
- Explain Nutraceuticals products, benefits , schemes and offers to client .
- Follow up on inquiries and pending orders.
- Maintain Customer database and call records in excel.
- Coordinate with production ,dispatch , and sales teams for order processing.
- handle customer complaints and provide proper support .
- Share product updates , promotional offers, and new launches with customers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
