- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- HR Policies: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Supporting the resolution of employee relations issues and promoting a positive work environment.
- Onboarding: Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- HR Administration: Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, processing paperwork, and managing employee queries.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least six months experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is often preferred.
