Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM & Demo Executive to manage customer and lead information, CRM activities, follow-ups, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable handling customers, and have good knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly update customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Track leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct product/software demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups and lead updates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer status.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare daily CRM and demo activity reports.
- Ensure assigned leads and demo follow-ups are completed within timelines.
- Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and demo activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer handling, sales coordination, or demonstrations.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accurate data management.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products or the jewellery industry is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and demos efficiently.
