a. Monitoring progress: To monitor progress of various works at site, prepare physical progress reports and suggest ways and means of achieving the target progress of works.
b. Progressing Report: To submit daily/ fortnightly and monthly progress reports reviewing work done since the last report and covering all outstanding problems that are likely to affect either cost or time to completion of the project.
c. Construction Supervision Work: To maintain a list of all major heads of work required and record observations during each inspection. Any deviations made from generally accepted specifications and drawing during constructions should be recorded.
d. Labor requirement: To monitor adequacy of manpower/ labour force deployed by executing agencies at site to complete the works as per time schedule and advise on shortfall if any.
e. Measurement of work: To take sample measurements of works at site and review contractor R.A. bills of civil, structure and all MEP packages.
f. Approval status review: Obtain a list of various regulatory and other approvals/ clearances required from concerned authorities for development of the project in the subject region.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
