Job Description (Internship – Software Development)
We are looking for passionate and motivated Software Development Interns to join our dynamic team at Xtown. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Express.js.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs using Python.
- Work on mobile application development using Flutter or React Native.
- Collaborate with the development team to design, test, and deploy features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of React.js, Python, Express.js, Flutter/React Native.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Good understanding of Git and version control.
Internship Details:
- Duration: Minimum 3 months.
- The internship is a mandatory training period, during which candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, learning ability, discipline, and overall contribution.
- Candidates who successfully complete the 3-month internship and meet the company's performance standards will be considered for a full-time position.
- The full-time position will have a starting basic salary of ₹15,000 per month, subject to successful completion of the internship and satisfactory performance.
- Any additional salary revision or incentives will be based on individual performance and company policy.
