We are hiring an HR Executive to manage end-to-end manpower operations for our manufacturing unit. The role involves ensuring the right workforce is available, compliant, and productive on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Coordinate with production heads to assess manpower requirements and arrange skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers through internal and external channels.
2. Workforce Management: Maintain daily attendance, shift allocation, overtime records, and ensure timely replacements to avoid production downtime.
3. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with manpower contractors and agencies, negotiate rates, and ensure timely supply of workers.
4. Compliance & Documentation: Handle joining formalities, ID creation, document verification, and maintain statutory records as per labor laws.
5. Employee Relations: Address worker grievances, maintain discipline on the shop floor, and ensure a safe working environment.
6. Payroll Support: Prepare and verify attendance data for payroll processing and manage conveyance reimbursement.
7. Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM): Manage ELCM for white-collar employees. Experience in Darwinbox or any other HRMS is required.
