Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all MEP services including:
- Electrical distribution systems, DG sets, UPS, transformers
- HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, VRV/VRF units)
- Fire detection and protection systems
- Plumbing, STP, WTP, and drainage systems
- Elevators, escalators, and BMS systems
- Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are operated as per OEM standards.
- Maintain up-to-date logbooks, checklists, and service reports.
