Position: Billing & Collection Manager
Location: Mohali
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or MEP-related qualification
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit client bills as per project milestones and contract terms.
- Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams for accurate billing documentation.
- Follow up with clients for timely payment collection and outstanding dues.
- Maintain billing records, payment schedules, and collection reports.
- Verify work completion, BOQs, work orders, and supporting documents before billing.
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor receivables and prepare aging reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, GST requirements, and company policies.
- Support monthly MIS reporting related to billing and collections.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent MEP qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in MEP/HVAC or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, GST billing, and project documentation.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet billing deadlines.
