Telecaller ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Explain project details, offers, and services to prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Intermediate qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
