About the Role
We are looking for a Product Intern who is curious about technology, products, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of technical concepts and be comfortable working with product, engineering, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Product team in product research, analysis, and documentation.
- Understand product requirements and help create PRDs, user stories, and feature documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and other teams to track product development.
- Conduct basic product testing and QA and identify bugs or improvement areas.
- Understand and work with APIs, webhooks, and basic integrations.
- Analyse product usage, user feedback, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and day-to-day product operations.
- Research competitors and emerging technologies to support product decisions.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python and programming fundamentals.
- Understanding of APIs and how API integrations work.
- Basic understanding of webhooks and webhook integrations.
- Familiarity with JSON, HTTP/REST APIs, and basic technical concepts is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with developers.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn technical/product concepts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
